Description:Introduction:

Description: Responsible for assisting the assigned Project Manager with the execution of one or more simultaneous projects in accordance with a valid, executed contract per company policies, procedures and work instructions and contract requirements, providing periodic and work progress reports the Project Manager.
Duties: Responsible for assisting the assigned Project Manager with the execution of one or more simultaneous projects in accordance with a valid, executed contract per company policies, procedures and work instructions and contract requirements, providing periodic and work progress reports the Project Manager.
Duties:Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Reviewing, organizing and supervising the execution of the pre-set operational plans and schedules.
2. Reviewing the approved master schedules / detailed work schedules, budgetary plan and reports, and suggesting the required modifications and improvements
3. Checking and examining the adherence to the contract documents, accepted standards and company quality controlled program, policies and procedures.
4. Conducting periodic meetings to ensure smooth running of activities and keeping abreast with latest findings and actuating them.
5. Managing the activities performed within the project in a manner that satisfies the client�s technical requirements
6. Guiding the project�s team to work within the set time frame and allocated resources to ensure
meeting the deadlines.
7. Preparing the projects� progress reports and suggesting corrective and preventive actions as
necessary
8. Supervising the project documentation process as per the internal procedures to ensure proper project control and follow-up.
9. Coordinating and facilitating the communication and interaction amongst the different concerned departments and sub-contractors as delegated by the assigned Project Manager.
10. Ensuring phase and final invoicing internal and from subcontractors is timely and accurate.
11. Preparing periodic management and/or customer reports and presentation assigned by the project manager.
12. Assisting the Project Manager with the preparation and conduction of the Project Kick Off Meeting.
13. Recommending new processes where needed for quality improvement, cost reduction and on time delivery.
Qualifications:Qualifications: - Bachelor�s Degree Engineering or an equivalent level of education and experience.
- Project Management Professional Certificate (preferred)
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in similar industry and field.
